Inexa Nepal is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This statement is not a certification of full conformance.
We test important storefront and account journeys for keyboard access and continue to correct barriers as they are found. Some third-party or less frequently used controls may still require remediation.
We use semantic HTML, landmarks, headings, and accessible names to support assistive technology. Automated checks are part of the test suite, but compatibility has not been certified across every screen reader, browser, device, and route.
Product and content images should include useful alternative text, while decorative images should be hidden from assistive technology. We continue to audit uploaded and third-party media for missing or weak text.
The design system targets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast and avoids relying on colour alone. Automated checks cover selected critical routes; older, third-party, and administrator surfaces may still contain exceptions.
Known risk areas include third-party content, embedded tools, uploaded media, and older administrative screens. Accessibility checks do not yet represent a complete manual conformance audit of every route.
