Inexa Nepal is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Our website is designed to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone. All interactive elements — including navigation menus, product listings, forms, and buttons — can be reached and activated using the Tab, Enter, Space, and Arrow keys without requiring a mouse.
We build our pages with semantic HTML to ensure compatibility with commonly used screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. Landmark regions, headings, and ARIA labels are used throughout the site to provide meaningful structure and context to assistive technology users.
All meaningful images on the site include descriptive alternative text (alt text) so that screen reader users receive equivalent information. Decorative images are marked appropriately so they are ignored by assistive technologies.
Text and interactive elements are designed with sufficient color contrast ratios to meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). We do not rely on color alone to convey information.
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some third-party content or embedded tools may not fully meet these standards. We are actively working with vendors to improve accessibility across all parts of the site.
