Listed as Grade A but it has a scratch. Send proof, we make it right.
Defective on arrival
Won't turn on, locked to old iCloud, IMEI flagged — full refund.
Damaged in transit
Photos within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or replacement.
Missing accessories
Listing said "with charger" but no charger inside. We send one or refund the difference.
Never arrived
Courier marks delivered but you don't have it. We investigate; full refund if we can't resolve.

For physical returns inside Kathmandu Valley, we send a courier. Outside KTM, we cover return shipping.
