We'd each been on both sides of this problem — watching friends overpay for phones with hidden defects, or struggle to sell a perfectly good device without being lowballed into the ground. The trusted middlemen you needed didn't exist. Verification was a joke. Prices were guesswork.
So we asked: what if Nepal had a marketplace that actually worked? One with real inspection standards, IMEI verification, buyer protection, and transparent pricing — built specifically for how Nepalis buy and sell gadgets?
That question became Inexa Nepal.
