FAQs
Everything about selling your phone at Inexa Nepal.
No. You can submit a sell request without creating an account. Just provide your phone number and our team will contact you.
Fill in the requested device, ownership, and condition details. The team reviews the submission before recording an estimate or next step. Any final value and payment step depend on the required identity, ownership, and physical inspection checks.
We pay cash (NPR) on the spot after inspecting your device in Kathmandu. We can also arrange eSewa or bank transfer.
We accept phones in all conditions — good, scratched, cracked screen, or even non-functional. The price varies based on condition, but we'll always give you a fair offer.
Yes. MDMS-registered phones (registered with Nepal NTA) fetch a higher resale value. Unregistered devices get a lower offer as the buyer needs to register them.
Timing depends on the completeness of the submission, review queue, location, inspection, and handoff availability. The team will confirm the next step for the exact request.

Submit your phone for a recorded offer
Inexa Nepal makes it easy to sell your used iPhone, Samsung, MacBook, iPad, AirPods, or gaming console for review where the service is currently available. The initial estimate is provisional; inspection or handoff options, the final assessment, payment method, and timing are recorded for the individual request before you decide whether to proceed.
Devices can be submitted in different conditions, including visible damage or non-working states. After the team performs the checks applicable to the device category and records any available IMEI, battery, screen, and body evidence, you receive a final offer you're free to accept or decline. Choose payout via cash, eSewa, or Khalti, processed after the required verification, inspection, and handoff steps are recorded for the request.
Whether you're upgrading to a newer model or clearing out an old drawer, the final offer can reflect the recorded model, condition, functionality, repair needs, and current resale context. Review the assessment before deciding whether to accept it.
How Inexa Nepal assesses your device
The submitted details support an initial review, not an authoritative inspection result. Before confirming an offer, the team can record the checks applicable to the device category and condition. IMEI evidence must identify its source and must not be presented as an official MDMS result unless an authoritative result has actually been recorded. The condition summary can use these broad bands:
Grade A
Minimal visible wear based on the recorded cosmetic assessment. Function and battery results remain separate evidence.
Grade B
Light visible wear such as scuffs or scratches. Functionality and repair needs must be recorded separately.
Grade C
More visible wear or damage. The final assessment should identify repair needs and any unavailable checks.
5 tips for a complete device submission
- 01
Back up before handoff
Keep a backup before any reset or handoff. Follow the recorded instructions for removing personal accounts and activation locks.
- 02
List included accessories
Record the exact box, charger, cable, and other accessories you intend to include so the assessment matches the handoff.
- 03
Describe condition accurately
Disclose cracks, dents, liquid exposure, repairs, account locks, and functional issues rather than relying on cosmetic grade alone.
- 04
Do not make an unapproved repair
Ask whether inspection is available before paying for a repair; an unrecorded repair does not guarantee a higher offer.
- 05
Prepare the device for checks
Bring the device charged when possible and provide the ownership or identity information requested for the handoff.
