Every device on Inexa is graded against the same standard. We audit vendors. We spot-check devices. We delist anyone who misrepresents condition.
On Facebook Marketplace, the seller tells you "Grade A condition" — and that means whatever they want it to mean.
On Inexa, every grade is defined below. The first 5 listings from every new vendor are physically inspected by our team. Vendors who lie about condition lose their badge. Repeat offenders are removed from the platform.
Look for the Inexa Verified Grade badge on every product page — it means our team has physically confirmed the grade.
Excellent
Looks new. No visible signs of use under normal light.
Good
Light wear, fully functional. The kind of phone someone took care of.
Fair
Visible wear. Honest about it. Discounted accordingly.
Heavy wear
Cosmetically beaten up but works. For tight budgets or parts.
New / Sealed
Brand new, sealed box, unused. Manufacturer warranty applies.
Every vendor starts with mandatory inspection
The first 5 listings from every new vendor are flagged for physical inspection by Inexa before the verified badge appears.
Random spot-checks ongoing
Even verified vendors get periodic spot-checks. We don't announce them.
Customer disputes count
If a customer says the grade was wrong and our investigation agrees, the vendor takes a strike.
Three strikes and you're out
Three confirmed misrepresentations within 90 days and the storefront is suspended.
