Verification Process
See the evidence gates a serialized seller listing must pass before inspection or IMEI verification labels can appear.
The 7-Step Evidence Workflow
IMEI Verification
Phone listings require a provider, timestamp, evidence reference, and result. A checksum or seller assertion alone cannot create a verified label.
Physical Inspection
A serialized seller listing remains quarantined until its category-specific checklist is completed and assigned an inspection report ID.
Honest Grading (A / B / C)
Cosmetic grade is recorded separately from functional checks. Until reviewed, the product page labels it as seller-reported.
Battery Health Testing
Where battery health applies, the reviewer records the measured value and the listing displays that value.
Software & Activation Lock Check
Used-device inspection includes an account-unlocked check, recorded in the inspection report.
Test Calls & Connectivity
Required functional checks vary by category and condition and must be completed before approval.
Evidence-backed publication
Approval publishes only when seller KYC, serialized inventory, inspection, and required IMEI evidence gates pass.
Grade System
Like New
Minimal to no visible cosmetic wear. Functional checks and battery measurements are disclosed separately when an inspection report is available.
Good Condition
Light cosmetic wear may be visible. The grade describes appearance only; review the listing inspection evidence for functional results.
Fair / Budget
Visible cosmetic wear on the body or screen. Functional condition is reported separately and is not implied by the grade.
Inspection, IMEI, grade, warranty, delivery, and return information is shown from the evidence and terms recorded for that specific item. Missing evidence is never presented as verified.
